As an ePayment user, once logged in, you will have access to a variety of documents and resources. For example, if you are a Virtual Terminal user, you can find the following:

• Incident Response Plan summary sheet 
• UBC IT's Incident Response Plan 
• ePayment Virtual Terminal Terms of Use
• PCI compliant procedures on obtaining, storing and disposing credit card information

ePayment Administrative System/Virtual Terminal

In addition to the reference material and documents here, you should have access to the ePayment Admin System. (Note: if you are a Virtual Terminal user, this portal is the Virtual Terminal in which you process your payments). Depending on what access level you have been granted, you may be able to:

• View account payment
• View payment logs and reports
• Issue refunds
• Process transactions (ePayment Virtual Terminal)

Those resources can help you reconcile the transactions on your merchant system and ePayment.
