New ePayment PCI Compliance Training Course Process

Effective immediately, all merchant users can now enroll themselves to the latest ePayment PCI Compliance Training Course found on this link: https://canvas.ubc.ca/enroll/GFFEEB

There are three (3) modules in the Course:

- Module 1: PCI Basic Knowledge - which is mandatory for all merchant users;
- Module 2: Web Service merchant users;
- Module 3: Virtual Terminal merchant users

Web Service merchants are required to complete Modules 1 and 2.

Virtual Terminal merchants are required to complete Modules 1 and 3.

Merchants using their account as a Web service and on Virtual Terminals are required to complete all modules.

Note that each module has corresponding quizzes that are required to be completed.

New users requesting access to the CBM Administration system are requested to fill up, and submit the form: https://epayment.it.ubc.ca/sites/epayment.it.ubc.ca/files/uploads/docume... to Academic Systems using this form: https://ubc.service-now.com/selfservice/

Completion of the modules as listed above is mandatory for all new users.
Academic Systems will check that grades were submitted by the requestor, and also confirm the completion of the course requirements to SIS Security.

Annual updates as well are required to existing users following the same requirements above.

All merchants using a Virtual Terminal are required to sign the: Upload Signed copy of Term of Use Agreement and attach it to their request.
